Operations Launchpad

Operations Launchpad is a platform designed to unify L-Allergan and L-AbbVie analytics and reporting into a single, intuitive dashboard. Built with conversational AI and ML capabilities, it simplifies access to key data and delivers personalized insights to business users.

 

The goal? Empower teams with faster, smarter decision-making while reducing dependency on manual support.

Challenge

Users found data hard to interpret due to lack of context and clarity in visualization, leading to analysis delays and misinformed decisions.

The complex navigation model led to frequent support requests and hindered task completion, lowering productivity.

A high bounce rate and decreased session duration suggested the dashboard was underperforming in its goal to support day-to-day operations.

My role

Led strategic UX initiatives that increased dashboard engagement and usability by aligning design efforts with key business goals.

Directed collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to co-create features based on user needs and feedback.

Took on brand and creative direction responsibilities, ensuring a consistent and professional user experience across touchpoints.

Identified key friction points in data interpretation and championed new visualization models that boosted comprehension.

Communicated design decisions and presented high-impact deliverables to stakeholders, earning alignment and buy-in.

The Access Request Guide was designed to streamline the process for business users seeking access to specific applications, reports, or transactional tools. Previously, users had to rely on manually emailing product owners—often leading to delays, confusion, and inconsistent access paths.

Through user research, we discovered this was a major friction point impacting productivity. In response, we introduced a step-by-step guide integrated into the dashboard, providing clear instructions for submitting access requests via SNOW or IAM. This not only reduced dependency on others but also empowered users to navigate access protocols independently and confidently.
